We have the experience, contacts and expertise to ensure that your day does not just become “another freebie golf day”!
Our team will manage the event from start to finish; ensuring that you have the time to network among your guests and enjoy your golf.
Typically we will:
- Source and book the right premier course for you.
- Liase with the selected venue with regard to timings, format of the day, catering requirements, etc.
- Liase with you on a regular basis prior to the day to ensure that all your particular needs are met.
- Staff a registration desk to greet all your guests on arrival, hand out itineraries, team lists, scorecards, giveaways etc.
- Provide “Celebrity” golfers to join your guests on the course, present prizes and speak after Lunch and/or Dinner.
- Provide Coffee, tea and Hot Bacon rolls on arrival.
- Provide buggies and trolleys.
- Company logoed shirts, golf balls, tees, caps etc.
- Company Signage on the golf course.
- A photographer for team, individual and presentation photographs.
- Provide fully marked-up scorecards showing the relevant information on competitions, nearest the pin, longest drive, etc.
- Provide a Starter for the morning golf and the afternoon competition, ensuring that all players are on the tee on time and that they understand the format.
- Provide an account service at the “half-way Hut”.
- Provide Lunch as required; from a cold rolling buffet to a full sit down three-course meal.
- Collect all completed Scorecards - check they are correctly marked and display them on the results board.
- Facilitate the post-golf drinks reception and prize-giving.
- Organise overnight accommodation, transport and evening dinner & entertainment, as required.
- For overseas trips we will also organise flights, insurance, hotels, transfers, dinners.
