Personalised Events THAMESIDE has the ability to design and create bespoke Events to meet your requirements. Our team have over ten years experience in delivering first-class functions; from Weddings and Private Parties to Corporate Meetings and Company Days. Whether using our spectacular Weir Bank venue or a location of your choosing you can rely on the ThameSide team to deliver your event to your exact requirements. Previous events have included a Celebrity Cricket match (featuring Billy Connolly, David Gower Chris Tarrant, Imran Khan, George Best, Gary Lineker, Rodney Marsh, Sam Torrance, Allan Lamb, Bruce Forsythe, and Michael Parkinson, amongst others), Weddings for over 150 guests, Company Champagne Receptions, Product Launches, Sales Conferences, a Company Staff “Fun Day”, River Cruises and scores of private parties. A good example of our bespoke approach took place last summer when we organised for a client to entertain twelve guests at a late afternoon drinks reception at Weir Bank, they then boarded a superb River Cruiser where they were served Champagne and canapés en route to Windsor Evening Races in a Private Box, back on the boat to Weir Bank and then on to a private dinner. All this was seamlessly organised to the Client’s precise requirements.
